It was a back-and-forth contest over the next six minutes then, before Cleveland State was able to outscore Lake Erie, 11-5 over the final 3:10 for the 71-51 victory.

The Vikings will begin the 2014-15 regular season next Friday (November 8), when they host Toledo at 7:00 p.m. at the Wolstein Center.
