ROME, Italy – The Cleveland State women's basketball team played its third and final game of its first-ever Foreign Tour Sunday evening, defeating Eurobasket Spain, 89-42, to finish the trip with a perfect 3-0 record.

The game was once again played according to FIBA rules, and was played in a bubble structure – a unique atmosphere for a basketball game.

Adesuwa Aideyman led the team with 14 points along with four rebounds and two assists, while Imani Gordon posted 12 points and five rebounds. Cori Coleman and Olivia Voskuhl also tallied double-digit points - Coleman with 11 points, six rebounds, five assists, and two steals, and Voskuhl with 10 points and seven rebounds. Alexis Eckles grabbed a team-high 10 rebounds along with six points, while Khayla Livingston tallied a team-high seven assists and nine rebounds.

Hopefully the Vikings – who also defeated A.S. Vento (83-46) and Vicenza A.S.D. (85-56) – will be able to carry this momentum and competitiveness into the upcoming season.

With just one night left in Italy, everyone is trying to soak up as much Italian culture as they can. The 10-day journey has been such an exciting and unique experience for all of the players, coaches, and other travel party members – something sure to be remembered forever!
