INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Cleveland State women's basketball team had two Vikings honored with postseason accolades Monday afternoon, as Imani Gordon earned First Team All-Horizon League honors and Khayla Livingston was named to the Horizon League All-Freshman Team.
The Horizon League postseason honors are voted on by the league's head coaches, sports information directors, and select media members.
Gordon is the eighth Viking to earn First Team honors, and the sixth to do so under head coach Kate Peterson Abiad. This also marks the seventh straight year that a Cleveland State player has been named to the All-League First Team.
Entering the Horizon League tournament, Gordon has a team-high 477 points and 275 rebounds. The Akron, Ohio native ranks eighth in the league averaging 16.4 points per game and ranks third averaging 9.5 rebounds per game. Throughout the season, Gordon has notched nine double-doubles, seven 20-point games, and 11 double-digit rebound games.
She is one of four league players with at least nine double-doubles on the year, one of 11 players with a 30-point game, one of two players with a 20-rebound game, and one of four players with at least 10 double-digit rebound performances.
She has tallied career-highs in almost all statistical categories this season, including; points (30 @ Wright State), field goals (12 @ Milwaukee), three-point field goals (3 @ Wright State), free throws made (12 vs. Ohio), rebounds (20 vs. Oakland), assists (7 vs. IUPUI), steals (6 @ Detroit), and minutes (44 vs. IUPUI).
In league games only, Gordon is one of just two players to average a double-double, ranking seventh with 17.6 points per game and second with 10.2 rebounds per game. She also ranks second in defensive rebounds (6.9 rpg), third in minutes played (36.1 mpg), and fifth in offensive rebounds (3.3 rpg).
For her career, Gordon ranks 18th all-time at Cleveland State with 531 rebounds and has 786 career points – closing in on becoming the 25th Viking to reach the 1,000 point mark.

Livingston is the eighth Viking to earn All-Freshman honors, and the fourth to do so under Peterson Abiad. This marks the first time that a Viking has been named to the All-Freshman team since the 2006-07 season.
The Hollywood, Florida native has played in all 29 games for the Vikings, averaging 5.0 points per game, 1.8 rebounds per game, and 1.6 assists per game. She has notched double-digit points in five games this season, including a career-high of 18 against Green Bay.
Livingston enters the Horizon League tournament with 146 points on the season - one of six Vikings with at least 100 points on the year and one of 13 freshmen in the league to reach the 100-point mark.

Gordon and Livingston will lead the Vikings in the upcoming Horizon League tournament, as CSU enters the tournament as the No. 5 seed. Cleveland State will travel to fourth-seeded UIC for a quarterfinal contest on Wednesday (March 12).
