Match 1: Cleveland State 37, Presbyterian 5
The Vikings raced out to a 6-0 lead as Ben Aranda secured a pin in 2:35 of the 125-pound matchup. Nick Molchak extended the margin to 9-0 after securing a 10-3 decision at 133-pounds.

Dylan Layton recorded the second fall of the afternoon at 141-pounds as the lead grew to 15-0. A 13-0 major decision shutout from Douglas Terry at 149-pounds made it 19-0.

Presbyterian got on the board with a 13-11 decision at 157-pounds to get within 19-3. However, after the match, both teams were deducted a point for wrestlers throwing their headgear.

Back-to-back major decisions from Daniel Patten and DeAndre Nassar pushed the advantage out to 26-2.

PC got their final points of the match after picking up an 8-6 decision at 184-pounds to trail 26-5. No. 28 Ben Smith racked up a 17-1 tech fall in the first period at 197-pounds and No. 23 Daniel Bucknavich capped off the match with a fall in 2:20 at heavyweight.

The Citadel jumped out to a 9-0 advantage behind a fall at 125-pounds and an 11-6 decision at 133-pounds.

A 6-5 decision from Layton at 141-pounds and an 8-6 decision by Terry at 149-pounds brought the Green and White to within 9-6.

Cleveland State took their first lead of the match, 10-9 after Shane Heil picked up a 15-6 major decision at 157-pounds. Tate Geiser then claimed a 4-1 sudden victory takedown at 165-pounds, growing the lead to 13-9.
