Cleveland State Men’s Tennis Wraps up Viking Invitational

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State men's tennis team finished the Viking Invitational Sunday, wrapping up their six-event fall campaign.

UPDATED DOUBLES DRAW | UPDATED SINGLES DRAW

The Cleveland State duo of Maxime Mareschal-Hay and Kade Mindry earned a spot in the Main Draw Doubles final after picking up three wins over the first two days, but came up short in the championship match, dropping a 6-2 decision against Youngstown State's duo of Clement Mainguy and Nathan Favier.

Mareschal-Hay and Mindry also picked up three wins each in the Main Singles Draw, earning a spot in the semifinals, with Mareschal-Hay dropping a 6-4, 6-3 decision against Dayton's Connor Bruce and Mindry falling 6-2, 6-3 to Xavier's Diego Nava.

Austin Staiger and JuandeDios Abboud also advanced to back draw singles finals on Sunday.
