Mostardi Earns HL Player Of The Week Honor
Earlier this week, freshman Nico Mostardi picked up Horizon League Player of the Week honors, after going 2-1 at No. 1 singles last weekend. Mostardi, who has a team-best 13-10 record on the season, has spent the entire Spring slate at the top of the singles lineup, owning a 6-4 record.  Mostardi is the first freshman to play at No. 1 singles since the 2011-12 season.

Radosevic Closing In On 50 Career Singles Wins
Entering the week, junior Mirko Radosevic is closing in on 50 career singles victories, currently owning 44 career wins. Radosevic, who has a 5-3 singles mark this spring, was one of two Vikings to pick up two singles wins last weekend, and has won four out of his last five matches. Radosevic would become the 12th Viking all-time to reach the 50-win milestone.

Head Coach Brian Etzkin
Brian Etzkin is in his 15th year at the helm of the Vikings, owning a 213-147 dual match record. Etzkin has guided the Vikings to five Horizon League Tournament titles and five trips to the NCAA Tournament during his tenure. Etzkin recorded his 200th career victory with the men's team last spring, becoming just the second active Horizon League men's tennis coach to achieve the feat.

Scouting The Musketeers
Xavier currently stands at 2-8 on the season, with its two wins coming against Wright State and Dayton earlier this spring. Entering Thursday's match the Musketeers are on a four-match losing skid, most recently falling to Youngstown State, 5-2.

Under head coach Brian Etzkin, the Vikings own a 6-4 record against Xavier, and have won three out of the last four meetings.

Scouting The Broncos
Entering Friday's match, Western Michigan stands at 6-5 on the season, and has won back-to-back matches against Wayne State (7-0) and Illinois State (6-1). Cleveland State will be the fifth of six Horizon League opponents for the Broncos, with WMU picking up wins against UIC, Detroit, and Green Bay.

This will be the seventh meeting between the two teams under head coach Brian Etzkin, with WMU owning a 5-1 advantage in the overall series. Cleveland State's lone win against the Broncos came during the 2011-12 season.
