2016-17 // FRESHMAN SEASON
Doubles Stats | Singles Stats | Named the Horizon League Freshman of the Year and earned a spot on the All-Horizon League Second Team…finished the season with a team-best 18-20 singles record, including an 11-14 mark at No. 1 singles during the spring slate…became the first Cleveland State rookie to appear at the top of the singles lineup for their entire freshman campaign…named the Horizon League Singles Player of the Week (Feb. 28) after picking up a pair of No. 1 singles wins against Ball State and St. Bonaventure…posted a team-best 19-17 doubles record on the year, including a 12-13 mark during the spring season…went 10-9 – and a perfect 4-0 in Horizon League play – with Andre Mick at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles…won the Main Singles Draw at the Viking Invitational (Nov. 4 – 6) during the fall season following a perfect 5-0 weekend.

Played his first three years of high school at Avon before transferring to Kenston for his senior season…Ohio State Tournament singles qualifier as a junior and senior…finished as the runner-up at the Ohio State Tournament during his senior campaign…finished his prep career with a 58-2 record…enters Cleveland State as the No. 3 ranked player in his class in the state of Ohio according to TennisRecruiting.net…has also earned top-100 national rankings throughout his prep career.
