Men and Women's Swim Team Fell Short to Ohio State

COLUMBUS, OH – The Cleveland State men and women's swimming and diving team swam against Ohio State on Thursday evening. 

The men's team lost to Ohio State, 137-88, while the women's team also lost to the Buckeyes, 167-61.

The men won their first event in the 200 freestyle relay that consisted of Philipp Sikatzki, Declan McLaughlin, Adam Ingledew, and Robert Tolson with a time of 1:26.42. Danny Roberts placed first in the 3 meter diving event with a total score of 261.45. 
 
Despite the men's 137-88 loss and the women's 167-61 loss, the Vikings swam well in the pool to continue the season. The men will be back in action Saturday (Nov. 1) at Miami with events beginning at 2 p.m.
