KNOXVILLE, Tenn.-  The Vikings wrapped up the final day with some amazing swimming.  Nathan Grant broke the school record in the 200 breast just going under two minutes.

Grant's 200 breast school record time was 1:59.67.  He is the first swimmer in Horizon League history to go under two minutes in the event.  Justin Kermack for the third time this season tallied a time of 1:46.80 in the 200 butterfly, finishing 15th.  In the 400 Free Relay CSU placed 13th with a season best time of 3:01.59.  Adam Ingledew had a lead off time of 45.12.  Al Shillito also had seasonal best swims through the three days.

Alex Johansson had her best times of the season in the meet and Madisen Tretter had an impressive swim in the 200 breast.  "There was some amazing swimming at this meet and it was a great learning experience for our swimmers.  I was proud of our National Team Swimmers who set three school records and all season best times from everyone.  We learned so much from this experience and this trip will make our team better.  Alex Lewis had a phenomenal meet," said a very happy Morton.

The Vikings will have some down time until they return to the pool on Saturday (January 4th).  CSU will compete in the Holiday Invitational with the time and place yet to be determined.
