Greenville, N.C. - The Cleveland State men's golfers completed the fall portion of their season at East Carolina's Pirate Fall Intercollegiate, finishing eighth overall. The Vikings carded a 298-289-292---879 at Bradford Creek Golf Course in Greenville, N.C.

Senior Christian Komsa (Tecumseh, Ontario/E.J. Brennan) once again paced the Viking squad, carding a fall-low round of 68 and finishing ninth overall with a 72-74-68---214. Sophomore Billy Houle (Joliette, Quebec/Georges Vanier) finished five strokes behind Komsa with a 72-74-73---219 and tied for 21st. Senior P.J. Myers (Westlake, Ohio/St. Ignatius) tallied an 80-69-75---224 for a 39th-place tie, while junior Mike Bognar (Seven Hills, Ohio/Normandy) finished tied for 54th with a 77-74-76---227.

Eastern Kentucky took top team honors in the tournament, posting a 281-288-284---853 to edge host East Carolina. Jonathan Hill of ECU finished first individually at his home tournament after carding a 66-69-66---210 and winning a playoff over Brandon Brown of Eastern Kentucky.
