YORKTOWN, Ind. - The Cleveland State men's golf team shot a final round 303 on Sunday to finish 13th (302-298-303---903) in the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational at the Players Club in Yorktown, Ind. Northern Illinois defeated Bowling Green in a two-hole playoff to claim the team title after both schools finished with a three-round total of 870.

Senior Mike Bognar (Seven Hills, Ohio/Normandy) and freshman Mike Rutgers (Kingsville, Ontario/Cardinal Carter) tied for team honors with a 220 for the three rounds.

Bowling Green's Heath Ziglar claimed medalist honors with a 210 (71-70-69).

Cleveland State is in action again on Oct. 13-14 when the Vikings take part in the Ironhorse Invitational hosted by Eastern Illinois.
