RESULTS

HUNTINGTON, W. Va. - The Cleveland State men's golf team shot rounds of 288 and 280 and is in fourth place out of 15 teams after the opening two rounds of the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational that began on Monday at the par-71, 6,523-yard Guyan Golf and CC.

CSU's second round four-under-par 280 was tied for the third lowest round in school history.

Dayton leads the field with a 36 hole total of 562, one shot ahead of host Marshall. Eastern Kentucky is third at 565 and CSU (568) and William & Mary (571) round out the top-five. 

Junior Anton Krecic fired a 36 hole total of 138, firing an even-par 71 in the first round and a four-under-par 67 in the afternoon. He is tied for fourth place, six shots out of the lead, four shots out of second place and two shots out of third.

Junior Nick Infanti is tied for 10th place after rounds of 72-69 (141), while senior Blake Prince shot back-to-back rounds of 72 and is tied for 24th place at 144.

The final round of the tournament will be played on Tuesday.
