INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Rylan Hainje scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds for Butler as the Bulldogs beat Cleveland State 70-45 on Saturday for their sixth win in a row.
Brandon Miller, who finished with 15 points, hit 4-of-6 3-pointers in the first half to help give Butler (22-3, 9-3 Horizon) a 37-25 lead at the break.
Jermaine Robinson led Cleveland State (10-13, 4-8) with 12 points. He was the only Vikings player to score in double figures.
The Bulldogs hit 22-of-46 field goals for the game, while the Vikings hit 19-of-42.
The difference in the game was 3-pointers and free throws. Butler made 9-of-22 3-pointers and 17-of-24 free throws. Cleveland State hit 1-of-5 3-pointers and 6-of-12 free throws.
The Vikings are the fourth straight opponent that the Bulldogs have held under 60 points and the 15th this season.
