Sean Sims

Sean Sims is in his second year as the video coordinator for the men’s basketball program.

Sims was most recently the video coordinator at Northern Illinois where he worked with the coaching staff to break down film. In addition, he created highlight packages and assisted with operations of the program.

Sims’ efforts helped the 2016 squad earn a berth to the Vegas 16 tournament.

As a student at Ohio, Sims served as the head student manager. During the 2012 season, he was part of a program which captured the MAC title and advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament.

He has also worked various camps, including events at Marquette, Ohio State, Xavier, Michigan and Cincinnati.

Sims earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Ohio in 2015 and his master’s in sport management from Northern Illinois in 2017.
