Weston Strayer

Weston Strayer is in his first season as Director of Basketball Operations at Cleveland State after serving last season as the Assistant Director of Basketball Operations at Radford.

At Radford, Strayer worked directly with all video operations, in addition to assisting the operations director. Prior to Radford, Strayer was the assistant coach and junior varsity head coach for Lake Superior State men's basketball in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. In addition to his duties as a coach, he was the recruiting coordinator for the Lakers.

A native of Milan, Ohio, Strayer served as a student manager and graduate assistant for Ohio State from 2009-15. He specialized in film downloading and editing, and participated in all day-to-day activities with the program.

Ohio State captured three Big Ten regular-season titles, three Big Ten tournament titles and one Final Four while Strayer was a Buckeye.

Strayer earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 2013 and a M.S. in Sports Management from OSU in 2014.
