Alexa was born and raised in Seven Hills, Ohio and graduated from Padua Franciscan HS and Cleveland State University with her degree in education.
While at CSU, Alexa was able to continue her passion for soccer, playing for four years at the Division I level. She is the school record holder for career games played with 79 and is tied for second with 75 games started.
After graduating in 2011, Alexa moved to New York City to pursue her modeling career which had begun when she was a senior in high school.
Alexa climbed the ladder in NYC and by 2014 signed with one of the top modeling agencies in the world, Wilhelmina Models International. She has worked for major retail brands including Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Champion, Levis, Amazon and many more. She has done a variety of commercials including Maybelline NY, Tempur-Pedic, Honda among others. She was featured on the cover of Runner’s World Magazine and has been cast in off Broadway productions.
Alexa moved back to the Cleveland area along with her husband, daughter, seven cats and two pit bulls in 2016.
She has always carried a piece of Ohio in her heart and was excited to be back in the city she loved dearly.
In 2017, Alexa received the CSU Fascinating Alumni Award for the class of 2011 and spoke about her experiences and insights at the CSU Women’s Leadership Symposium.
She continues her career in modeling and acting, and has signed with WKYC Channel 3 as an on air personality.
She is looking forward to this new adventure right here at home in Cleveland!
